Cover an 20 cm baking tin with parchment paper and fill it with the cake mixture.
Peel apples and cut into small pieces. Mix cinnamon, sugar, and nutmeg together. Spread the apples evenly over the cake mixture and sprinkle with sugar and spices.
Bake at 180˚C for 40-50 minutes.
Remove from baking tin and let rest for 10 minutes.
