Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Mix all dry ingredients (flour, coconut).
Mash the bananas, add milk, oil and syrup.
Mix dry and wet ingredients in a bowl.
Wash and peel rhubarb and cut into small pieces and stir into the dough.
Put dough into muffin cups and bake for 15-20 minutes (until slightly brown on top).
