  1. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper, knead well, cut in half and form two burger patties. If available, a burger press can be used for this.
  2. Wash tomatoes, onions and lettuce and cut into thin slices.
  3. Prepare the sauce.
  4. Fry the patties in a hot pan with a little oil on both sides until the patties are done.
  5. Place the cheese on the still warm patties so that it melts nicely.
  6. Now the burger can be topped as desired. A common variation is the bun at the bottom, then the sauce, meat with cheese, onion, tomato, lettuce, sauce and finally the top bun. However, this can be arranged individually according to your taste and preferences.
