pumpkin
Hokkaido or Butternut
Instructions
Wash the pumpkin, cut in half and remove the seeds. Cut into small pieces
Cook in a pot of water for about 20-30 minutes until the pumpkin is soft
Then mash into a puree and either store in the fridge or freeze directly!
