Squeeze tangerines and lemon and put them in a pot together with sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. For a more intense taste, add the peels of 2-3 tangerines and lemon to the sut.
Bring to boil at medium heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and put everything through a sieve.
Mix the pure and slightly cooled down mandarin syrup with water and vodka, stir well and pour into clean bottles.⠀
