  1. Wash the apricots. Puree them with the lemon juice.
  2. Wash the millet and bring it to a boil with the water-milk mixture. Simmer gently for another 10-15 minutes. Don’t forget to stir!
  3. Set the millet aside until it has reached a temperature suitable for consumption.
  4. Stir in cinnamon and vanilla.
  5. Now alternately pour the millet, yoghurt and apricot purée into a glass. The first layer is millet. Then add a layer of yoghurt, a layer of apricots, etc.
  6. Enjoy!
