Banana, chocolate and beetroot cake

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 180 °C.
  2. Mix the beetroot with the banana.
  3. Separate the egg whites from the yolks and beat them until stiff. Set the egg whites aside.
  4. Add the egg yolks, flour, ground hazelnuts and baking powder.
  5. Add the sunflower oil, chia seeds and a pinch of salt.
  6. Gently fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites.
  7. Cut the chocolate into chips and add to the mixture.
  8. Mix well and pour into a cake tin.
  9. Bake for 50-55 minutes.
