Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease the moulds with butter and dust with flour.
Melt the chocolate with the butter over low heat. Then leave to cool.
Mix the eggs, flour, icing sugar and salt to a dough. Finally, stir in the chocolate and butter mixture to make a creamy batter.
Pour the batter into the ramekins, optionally place the frozen chocolates in the centre and bake for about 15 minutes.
If you like, you can decorate the cakes with fresh berries.
