breadcrumbs

Parmesan

garlic powder

salt
spices of choice
paprika, Cayenne pepper…
Instructions
Cut the courgettes into thin slices. Then soak them in the milk for 10-15 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Mix the other ingredients and roll the courgette slices one by one.
Place the slices on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
