Meanwhile, wash the strawberries and remove the stems. Either place them directly on the grill or put them on wooden skewers first. Keep turning them so they don’t burn! Grill for about 5 minutes until they are slightly soft.
Put the strawberries in a bowl. Then immediately drizzle with the vinegar and honey while the fruit is still warm. Mix and set aside to cool.
For the cream
Place the cream in a bowl and whip until it stiffens. Fold in the yoghurt, sugar, vanilla and lemon juice, if using.
Pour the whipped cream into glasses and scatter the strawberries over the top. If you like, decorate with mint leaves. Enjoy!
