Instructions
  1. Melt the chocolate in a small saucepan over low heat.
  2. Pit the dates without damaging the fruit (you can use a small pair of tweezers).
  3. Place an almond in each date to replace the kernel.
  4. Dip the dates in the melted chocolate until they are fully covered.
  5. Dip a side of the date in desiccated coconut.
  6. Place them on a rack and let them set in the fridge for 30 minutes.
