Medjool dates
3
squares
dark chocolate
6
almonds
3
tbsp
desiccated coconut
Instructions
Melt the chocolate in a small saucepan over low heat.
Pit the dates without damaging the fruit (you can use a small pair of tweezers).
Place an almond in each date to replace the kernel.
Dip the dates in the melted chocolate until they are fully covered.
Dip a side of the date in desiccated coconut.
Place them on a rack and let them set in the fridge for 30 minutes.
