Ingredients
For the dough

For the topping

Instructions
For the dough, chop the goji berries, pistachios and chocolate and mix in a bowl with the flour and rolled oats.
Mix butter, powdered sugar, egg, salt and lemon zest in another bowl with a mixer to form a dough.
Now add the dry ingredients and mix with your hands.
Form the dough into a roll (about 3 cm in diameter) and let chill for about 1 h wrapped in foil.
Preheat the oven to 160 °C convection oven.
Cut approx. 1 cm thick slices from the roll and bake them for approx. 10-12 minutes.
For the glaze
Heat the chocolate and coat the cooled cookies. Immediately decorate with the pistachios and more goji berries.
