Instructions
  1. Soak the cashew nuts in water (preferably 30-60 minutes).
  2. Wash the asparagus and cut off the lower ends.
  3. Peel the garlic and onion and cut into small pieces.
  4. Put the asparagus, garlic and onion in a pot and fill it with 2 cups of water, put a lid on it and bring to a boil.
  5. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until the asparagus are soft.
  6. Add the oil, nuts and spices and puree in a blender or with a hand blender directly in the pot.
  7. Add water as required.
  8. Enjoy!
