Ingredients
150
g
Bulgur
2
dl
coconut milk
1
dl
oat milk
2
tbsp
flax seeds
1
tsp
ground cinnamon
kiwi fruit
banana
Instructions
Cook the bulgur in the coconut milk with the flax seeds.
Stir occasionally until the bulgur has absorbed the coconut milk.
Add the oat milk if you want a smoother texture.
Add the cinnamon and mix well.
Cook over a medium heat for a further 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cut the fruit into pieces.
Remove from the heat and garnish with the fruit.
