Peel and wash half a beetroot and mix it with the natural hummus.
Tsatsiki
Peel and grate the cucumber then allow to drain for 15-20 minutes. Chop 5-6 mint leaves and crush the garlic clove. Finally, mix the yogurt with the grated cucumber, garlic and mint. Season with salt and pepper and set aside in a cool place.
Avocado purée
Peel and crush the avocado, add salt and then set aside.
Crudités
Wash and slice the tomato, rinse the lettuce leaves and beet sprouts in cold water.
Burgers patties
Grill the burgers patties using rapeseed oil (cook to convenience). Season with salt and pepper and keep warm.
Buns
Toast the 8 buns halves for about 1 min. on each side in the oven at 150°C.
Assembling the burger
Assemble the burgers by spreading the first half of the bun with the avocado purée and then with the beetroot hummus. Place a few salad leaves, the patties and the beet sprouts on top. Spread the second half of the bun with the tsatsiki and close the burgers.
