Ingredients

cauliflower
200
ml
milk
1
tbsp
cream
80
g
cheese
grated
3-4
strands
saffron
2
tsp
Madras curry
salt
pepper
Instructions
Place the cauliflower in boiling water and leave to cook for 10 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Mix the milk with the cream, saffron, curry and half of the Gruyère cheese.
Drain the cauliflower and cut it into small florets.
Arrange the cauliflower florets in a buttered casserole dish.
Pour the milk-cheese-mix over your cauliflower and put in the oven.
Bake for around 25 minutes.
