  1. Boil the eggs over high heat and let them cool, then cut them into small pieces.
  2. Wash the cucumber and cut it into thin slices.
  3. Dice the avocado and put everything together in a bowl.
  4. For the dressing: mix the mayonnaise, curry and salt and pour over the salad.
  5. Sprinkle with watercress
  6. Enjoy!
