garlic

tomato paste

vegetable broth

ml
cream
a few springs of
thyme
to taste:
salt, pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper
(optionally some honey)
Instructions
Peel and chop the onion and garlic clove, sauté with the oil for 3 minutes in a frying pan on medium heat.
Wash the paprikas, remove the seeds and also cut into small pieces. Add the cut paprikas and tomato paste to the onion and garlic in the pan and sauté for 5 minutes.
Deglaze with the vegetable broth and simmer covered for 15 minutes.
Then add cream and spices and puree finely. Let simmer for 5 minutes on low heat. Pour into plates.
Decorate with thyme sprigs and some cream and enjoy!
