Wash the potatoes and boil them in salted water for 15 minutes.
Wrap them in aluminium foil and bake them in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 45 minutes or place them on the grill.
Put the meat on the grill and grill it to your liking. Season with salt and pepper.
Take the potatoes out of the oven or remove them from the grill and let them cool briefly. Then open them, fill them with cottage cheese and sprinkle with chives and spices.
