  1. Peel and grate the carrots.
  2. Wash and finely chop the kale.
  3. In a bowl, mix the lemon juice with the balsamic vinegar, honey, mustard and oriental spices.
  4. Add the grated carrots and kale to the mixture, stir and allow to soak.
  5. Add the pine nuts and sultanas.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
