Salted caramel ice-cream
such as “The Green Fairy Ice Cream” brand
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Cut the nectarines and apricots into cubes without peeling them and place the chunks evenly in a baking tray.
In a bowl, soften the butter, then add the flour, oats and brown sugar to form the crumble.
Spread the crumble evenly on top of the fruits.
Put in the middle part of the oven and bake it for 35-40 mins.
Once the crumble is out of the oven, sprinkle some pistachios on top of it.
Serve it hot with vanilla or salted caramel ice cream.
