plain yogurt

Instructions
Mix the yogurt, flour, oats, sugar, vanilla sugar and baking powder in a bowl.
Add the eggs, sunflower oil and mix with a whisk to form a smooth dough.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C if using a fan oven).
Wash the pears and cut them in half lengthwise. Remove the core with the seeds (no need to peel them).
Chop the chocolate into chips and split the vanilla pod to remove the inside.
Add vanilla extract and chocolate chips to the mixture.
Place baking paper in a 25 cm cake tin and pour the cake mixture into the cake tin.
Place the 4 pear halves vertically at an equal distance in the mixture.
Bake for about 35-40 minutes
