Ingredients

wholegrain bread or nut bread

handful
onion sprouts

cucumber

radishes
a few leaves of red salad
cream cheese
½
Avocado
pepper, salt
maple syrup
Instructions
Cut the cucumber and radishes into slices.
Wash the salad.
Crush the avocado with a little salt and pepper.
Spread on one of the bread slices some avocado crush and on the the second slice of bread a little bit of fresh cheese.
On the slice with the avocado, spread the cucumber slices and then lay the radish slices on top of each other.
On the slice with the fresh cheese, pour a bit of maple syrup and then add the salad leaves and onion sprouts on top.
Close your sandwich and… enjoy!
