  1. Wash and finely chop the chives.
  2. Cut the butter into thin slices and place in a bowl.
  3. Peel and finely chop the garlic clove.
  4. Add the lemon zest, chives, garlic and spices to the butter and mix well.
  5. Place in silicone moulds or roll in cling film and chill for at least 30 minutes.
