Ingredients
For the muffins

For the decoration

icing sugar

milk
small sugar eyes
Instructions
Blend the raw carrots with the oil until creamy.
Beat the eggs with the sugar in a bowl. Once the mixture has become frothy, add the sifted flour and the baking powder
Fill the ramekins 2/3 full to prevent the domes from being too high. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 min
Cut the dome and turn the muffins upside down. Leave to cool
Mix the icing sugar with the milk and pour one teaspoonful of icing over each muffin, letting the icing drip down slowly
Complete by adding small eyes or chocolate sprinkles
