  1. Chop the onion, press the garlic and fry in butter in a pan.
  2. Cut the carrot tops, rinse them and chop them.
  3. Add the leaves to the pan, fry for 2 minutes and set aside.
  4. Beat the eggs with the cheese and the milk, add the pan-fried carrot tops and mix everything together.
  5. Spread the shortcrust pastry in a mould, prick the bottom with a fork and pour the mixture.
  6. Cut the carrots in half and place them on the tart, brush with the oil.
  7. Bake at 180°C for 35-45 minutes.
