Instructions
Avocado cream
  1. Peel the avocado, remove the pit, place in a bowl and mash with a fork.
  2. Chop the onion and garlic very finely and mix into the avocado cream together with the fresh cream and a little olive oil.
  3. Remove the seeds from the cherry tomatoes, chop the tomatoes finely and mix well with the rest.
  4. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice and refrigerate.
Salmon tartare
  1. First cut the salmon into strips, then into cubes and place in another bowl.
  2. Squeeze the remaining lemon juice and pour over the salmon.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Dressing
  1. Toast the bread.
  2. Meanwhile, divide the avocado cream evenly between two glasses and add the salmon cubes as a second layer.
  3. Serve the cool avocado salmon tartare with warm toast – enjoy!
