Ingredients

spelt dough

fresh spinach

broccoli
frozen

eggs

smoked salmon

cheese
grated

unsweetened plain yogurt

Instructions
Arrange your cake dough in a round pan so that the edges are high enough and prick the bottom with a fork.
Whisk the eggs with the yogurt then add the chopped chives, the grated cheese and pepper.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C if fan heat).
In a frying pan, fry the fresh spinach in a little oil for a few minutes.
In a saucepan, defrost the broccoli over low heat. Once defrosted, drain them.
Add the spinach and broccoli to the first mixture.
Cut the smoked salmon into strips and add it to the mixture.
Mix everything together to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Pour the mixture over your dough base.
Bake for about 35-40 minutes.
