  1. Cook the sweet potato.
  2. Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil. Stir while the chocolate melts.
  3. Blend all ingredients except the nuts until smooth. If the sweet potato is cooked through, it is perfectly fine to mash it with a fork.
  4. Add the nuts and mix again.
  5. Pour the batter into an ovenproof pan and bake for 30 min at 180°C.
  6. Let cool before serving and enjoy!
