  1. Spread the dough on a baking tray and bake according to package instructions.
  2. Remove the dough from the oven and set aside.
  3. Slice the avocado.
  4. Cut the apricots and figs into quarters.
  5. Slice the cucumber.
  6. Spread the hummus on the cooked and cooled pizza base.
  7. Scatter the rucola and basil leaves on top.
  8. Decorate with the apricots, avocado, figs and cucumbers slices.
  9. Sprinkle with some curry and paprika.
  10. Add the beet sprouts on top.
  11. Enjoy!
