goat’s cream cheese
Crema balsamico
Instructions
Wash and halve the grapes.
Melt the butter in a saucepan and then add the grapes and sugar. Allow to caramelise for 1-2 minutes.
Spread the goat’s cream cheese on the bread and place the grapes on top.
Garnish with crema balsamico as required.
