Ingredients

Cantaloup melon
1
cucumber
fresh mint
1
Feta

tbsp
oil
1
lime juice
salt and pepper
Instructions
Cut the melon in half then cut out and chop the flesh.
Wash the cucumber, remove the feta from the packaging and also chop both into small cubes.
Remove the mint leaves from the stalk and chop them. Place in a bowl with the melon, feta and cucumber and mix together.
Squeeze the lime and put it in a small bowl with the oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Drizzle the lime dressing over the salad as required and enjoy.
