Instructions
  1. Wash the mussels very well.
  2. In a pot, add the olive oil (and a little bit of white wine), the mussels and let them open up on high heat.
  3. Let them cool down and remove the empty half of the shell.
  4. Mix the butter, parsley and garlic until a soft consitency is reached.
  5. Stuff the mussels with the mixture, add salt and pepper and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  6. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
