grated (can be replaced by a plant-based alternative)

or your favourite pasta

Instructions
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
Steam the peas for 7 minutes and then puree them with the rest of the ingredients to obtain a smooth mixture and season to taste.
Sprinkle with pine nuts and fresh pecorino.
