  1. Wash the sushi rice until the water is no longer cloudy, cook in the rice cooker according to the package instructions. Then leave to rest for 10 minutes.
  2. During this time, bring sushi vinegar with salt and sugar to the boil, reduce heat and simmer until sugar and salt have dissolved. Mix with the rice.
Toppings
  1. Dice the tofu and marinate with soy sauce. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the tofu and fry to taste.
  2. In the meantime, dice avocado, tear nori leaf into pieces by hand.
  3. Put the rice in two bowls. Arrange toppings as desired. Serve warm with soy sauce.
