  1. Wash potatoes and cut them into quarters.
  2. Boil potatoes for about 15 minutes in boiling salted water until soft.
  3. Mix oil and vinegar in a bowl and add the spices.
  4. Add the potatoes and leave the mixture to stand for 5 minutes.
  5. Grate the Gruyère and add the spicy cheese to the potatoes.
  6. Wash and quarter the tomatoes and cut the red pepper into small pieces and add to the salad.
  7. Finely chop the parsley and mix it with the potatoes.
