  1. Press the garlic and heat it in a frying pan with the butter/plant-based alternative and sunflower oil. Be careful not to let the garlic get brown!
  2. Wash and cut the broccoli and carrots and steam them in the frying pan for 5 minutes
  3. Add the lemon juice and deglaze the vegetables with the water
  4. Add the stock and cream/plant-based alternative and cook the vegetables for another 5 minutes
  5. Now add your favourite pasta and let it cook until the pasta is done
  6. Grate the cheese/cheese alternative over it
  7. Flavour the mixture with paprika, salt, pepper and nutmeg
