Pizza with mozzarella crust, tomatoes, feta and olives
Roll out the pizza dough on the tray. Preheat oven to 220 degrees.
Cut 1/2 mozzarella into small cubes and spread cubes around the edge with a gap of approx. 2 cm. Then fold in edge so that edge is filled with mozzarella.
Spread the centre with tomato sauce. Slice the remaining mozzarella half and spread on top.
Cut the pepper, cherry tomatoes, onion, feta and olives into small pieces and spread on the dough as well.
Brush the edges with a little milk and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle some fresh, chopped mint leaves on the pizza as desired – enjoy!
