Instructions
Cut the turkey into strips, season with salt and pepper and fry with a drizzle of oil.
Wash and chop the strawberries and spinach.
Split the avocado in half and cut it into pieces.
Peel the onion and cut it into small pieces.
For the dressing, mix all ingredients together.
Divide all the ingredients among the plates and drizzle with the vinaigrette.
