The Dame Gingembre adventure started 4 years ago. Amarilis and Raphaël’s passion for ginger led them to develop home-made recipes and to offer them to a wider public.
Please introduce your company in three sentences
We are producers of certified organic ginger juice. We offer healthy, authentic, good, beautiful and organic products. Coming from artistic backgrounds, actor, singer and architect, we are a team of passionate people who take great pleasure in the research and development of new recipes.
Why did you decide to work with Farmy?
We share a common and essential value for us. To offer healthy, local products to a clientele that is looking for transparency and a short circuit in its daily consumption.
What changes has the crisis brought to your company?
We have been able to be agile in order to offer services to our customers, such as deliveries twice a week throughout Switzerland. Systems for placing orders and payments to meet all our customers’ needs. We had to reorganize our working hours to protect our teams and customers while adapting.
Do you see any potential or opportunities arising from the crisis?
Yes, this crisis has allowed us to question ourselves, to look for solutions, new services, new products. A reflection brought about by this crisis, our customers and our teams that could bring us a lot in the long term.
