Our producer: Nullkommanull

Posted on 2 min read

Nullkommanull is a passion project founded in Pfäffikon by Giuseppe Reveruzzi. In search of an alternative to traditional bouillon cubes, he created a mixture of fresh and regional ingredients. Today he produces a Swiss bouillon for health- and nature-conscious people, for allergy sufferers and for vegan cuisine.

Please introduce your company in three sentences

Our start-up is certified organic and offers natural products without additives. We produce three kinds of handmade bouillon pastes, including vegan vegetable bouillon. Furthermore, the products contain no lactose nor gluten and are yeast- and sugar-free.

What does a normal working day look like for you?

As I am the founder of the company, my working day can vary a lot. Whether production, acquisition, visiting customers or delivery takes place depends on the daily situation.

What is special about your products and their production?

The bouillon pastes are made exclusively from fresh ingredients. They are natural and contain no additives or flavour enhancers.

Are your products certified? If so, which certifications do they have?

Our products are BIO certified. The certification body is BIO-Inspecta.

Which channels do you use to sell your products?

Farmy, naturally, as well as organic shops, butcher’s shops, delicatessen shops, online shop etc.

Why did you decide to work with Farmy?

Farmy’s concept moves with the times, is simple and transparent for the consumer. As a partner, I greatly appreciate the uncomplicated and professional cooperation.

What changes has the crisis brought for your company?

In times of crisis it is an advantage to have enough packaging material (jars, lids, etc.) in stock. As soon as one component is missing, the whole production can be interrupted. This leads to higher storage costs, which has a remarkable effect on us as a start-up.

Do you see any potential or opportunities arising from the crisis?

The crisis has once again made us realise how precious life is. We should not waste it and enjoy many things. Instead of cheap, the products in our everyday life should be natural, healthy and of high quality.

Anything else you’d like to say?

I am always happy to receive customer feedback.
