Step by step to your perfect burger – the best way to do that is to make it yourself! In our opinion, the best meat patty consists of 100% beef – but that is of course a matter of taste.

- 300 g minced beef
- Salt & Pepper
- 2 burger buns
- 1 tomato

- 1 onion
- 2-4 slices cheese preferably gouda or emmental
- Sauce (the classic burger sauce consists of 2 parts mayo, 1 part mustard and 1 part ketchup)

Instructions
- Season the minced meat with salt and pepper, knead well, cut in half and form two burger patties. If available, a burger press can be used for this.
- Wash tomatoes, onions and lettuce and cut into thin slices.
- Prepare the sauce.
- Fry the patties in a hot pan with a little oil on both sides until the patties are done.
- Place the cheese on the still warm patties so that it melts nicely.
- Now the burger can be topped as desired. A common variation is the bun at the bottom, then the sauce, meat with cheese, onion, tomato, lettuce, sauce and finally the top bun. However, this can be arranged individually according to your taste and preferences.
