Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
Prepare the asparagus and cut off the hard ends.
Grease a rimmed baking tray with some butter.
Place the asparagus and cherry tomatoes on the baking tray.
Spread the rest of the butter in flakes over the vegetables.
Cut the mozzarella into small pieces and spread them on the baking tray too.
Season the mixture sufficiently with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
Pour the white wine and the vegetable stock over it and place the baking tray into the preheated oven.
Now bake everything together for approximately 25 minutes – turning the asparagus 1-2 times with a fork during the baking process.
To finish, garnish the asparagus with basil and parsley.
