Ingredients
Batter
- 100 g beurre
- 120 g brown sugar
- 200 g pure spelt flour
- 3 eggs
- 100 ml apple juice
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- tsp cinnamon
Toppings
- 300 g apples
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg

Instructions
- Mix all ingredients for the cake very well.
- Cover an 20 cm baking tin with parchment paper and fill it with the cake mixture.
- Peel apples and cut into small pieces. Mix cinnamon, sugar, and nutmeg together. Spread the apples evenly over the cake mixture and sprinkle with sugar and spices.
- Bake at 180˚C for 40-50 minutes.
- Remove from baking tin and let rest for 10 minutes.
