Domaine la Colombe is the search for truth, for the authenticity of “their” wine, for which the winegrowers work at the rhythm of nature with natural cultivation methods, with grapes whose quality is guaranteed by Demeter.
Please introduce your company in three sentences
We are a family wine estate, located in Féchy on the Vaud Coast. We work according to the principles of biodynamics and are certified Demeter since 2013.
Why did you decide to work with Farmy?
A collaborator of Farmy, studied with me (Laura Paccot) at the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne. He came to present us this implementation project in French-speaking Switzerland and so the adventure started!
What changes did the crisis bring to your company?
We were fortunate to be able to continue the work in the vineyard and in the cellar.
Do you see any potential or opportunities arising from the crisis?
A valorization of local sales and solutions for more ecology.
