Here we have a simple hearty soup for you!
Ingredients
- 30 g Butter
- 2 pcs onions
- 1 bunch lovage
- 300 g floury potatoes
- 100 ml white wine
- 30 g flour
- 1/2 l broth
- 200 ml milk

Instructions
- First peel and finely chop onion. Peel and coarsely dice the potatoes.
- Melt butter in a frying pan and fry onions. Add the potatoes and fry. Deglaze with white wine and boil down for two minutes.
- Finely chop the lovage with scissors over the pan and drop to the onion. Add the flour and stir for about one minute until lightly browned.
- Pour in the broth and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add milk and puree with a hand blender.
