A bowl full of flavour and pleasure for a breakfast full of energy.
Ingredients
- 200 g fresh strawberris
- 150 g frozen strawberries
- 1 banana (approx. 150g)
- 50 ml milk
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 1 tbsp coconut puree

Instructions
- To make the mixture even creamier, freeze the banana beforehand.
- Slice half of the fresh strawberries and set aside - they serve as decoration.
- Blend the remaining strawberries, frozen strawberries, banana, milk and lemon juice in a blender until creamy.
- Pour everything into a bowl and decorate with strawberry slices and - if desired - other fruits.
- Finally, drizzle the coconut puree over the top and enjoy!
- Tip: You can also use hemp seeds or coconut flakes as a topping!
