Courgettes can be eaten raw, cooked, grilled and fried. The very large yellow flower is also suitable for consumption and is considered a delicacy. Today we are making delicious courgette crisps in the oven.
Ingredients
- 1 courgette
- 300 ml milk or vegan alternative
- 100 g breadcrumbs
- 60 g Parmesan or vegan alternative
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- spices of choice paprika, Cayenne pepper...

Instructions
- Cut the courgettes into thin slices. Then soak them in the milk for 10-15 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Mix the other ingredients and roll the courgette slices one by one.
- Place the slices on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
