The mandarin probably comes from northeast India or southwest China. It contains vitamin C, E and B, potassium and iron. By the way: the white skin of the pulp is edible and even very healthy!

- 600 ml tangerine juice approx. 9 tangerines
- 1 lemon organic
- 250 g crystal sugar
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 1-2 beans vanilla
- 300 ml water
- 300 ml vodka

- Squeeze tangerines and lemon and put them in a pot together with sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. For a more intense taste, add the peels of 2-3 tangerines and lemon to the sut.
- Bring to boil at medium heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and put everything through a sieve.
- Mix the pure and slightly cooled down mandarin syrup with water and vodka, stir well and pour into clean bottles.⠀
- Store in a cool and dark place.
