Ingredients
- 3 red peppers
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tbs. olive oil
- 2 tbs. tomato paste
- 500 ml vegetable broth
- 100 ml cream
- a few springs of thyme
- to taste: salt, pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper (optionally some honey)

Instructions
- Peel and chop the onion and garlic clove, sauté with the oil for 3 minutes in a frying pan on medium heat.
- Wash the paprikas, remove the seeds and also cut into small pieces. Add the cut paprikas and tomato paste to the onion and garlic in the pan and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Deglaze with the vegetable broth and simmer covered for 15 minutes.
- Then add cream and spices and puree finely. Let simmer for 5 minutes on low heat. Pour into plates.
- Decorate with thyme sprigs and some cream and enjoy!
